Dijonaise Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 8 loin or rib lamb chops
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Mix mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

  2. Place chops on broiling pan and brush with sauce. Sprinkle each chop with bread crumbs.

  3. Broil 4 - 5 inches from the heat source for 5 minutes

  4. Turn chops, repeat process and broil an additional 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
