Farms Seasoned
Lamb leg, cooked, cut into cubes

12 ounces cooked spiral pasta

1 15 oz. can black beans,
drained

1 cup green pepper, chopped

1 cup red onion, chopped
-
1 cup thick and chunky salsa
-
½ teaspoon chili powder
-
¼ teaspoon cumin
-
½ cup fat free ranch dressing
Preparation
In large salad bowl, combine cooked seasoned
lamb cubes, pasta, and vegetables.
Combine spices, salsa and salad dressing.
Pour over salad, toss to coat.
