Lamb Sirloin Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 boneless Lamb
Sirloin roast (1 ½ pounds)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup Balsamic
vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic,
minced
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon
pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Preparation
Trim excess fat from the sirloin
roast and place in a plastic or glass container. Mix the remaining ingredients
and pour over the lamb roast. Place in refrigerator and
marinate for 6 - 24 hours; turning occasionally. Remove from the marinade and
place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast in preheated 325 degree
oven for 40 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer reads 150°F for
medium rare or 160°F for medium.
