Lamb Rib Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 lamb rib chops
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
cheese
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Dash oregano
- Dash pepper
Preparation
In small skillet, sauté garlic in
oil, stir in cheese, tomato sauce, parsley, oregano and
pepper. Spread thin layer over top side of chops.
Broil 3-4" from source of heat, 5-7 minutes; turn and brush
second side; broil chops 5 minutes longer or until desired degree
of doneness.
Serve over rice or vegetables.
