Lamb Shoulder Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 lamb shoulder chops
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
fine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
Mix all the seasoning
ingredients. Place lamb chops in non-metal dish and pour marinade
over the chops. Cover and refrigerate 2-24 hours. Use
moderate heat and broil or grill 4 inches from the source of heat
for 5-6 minutes. Turn, brush with marinade and cook another 5-6
minutes.
