Barbecued Lamb Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

3 pounds of Denver
Ribs, cut into individual pieces

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon
pepper
-
1/4 cup firmly
packed brown sugar

2 tablespoons
mustard
-
1/4 cup molasses
-
1/3 cup tomato
paste
-
1 tablespoon soy
sauce
-
1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
-
1/3 cup cider
vinegar
Preparation
Place ribs in sauce
pan, add salt and pepper and cover with water. Cover and simmer
for 1 hour or until tender. In
a small saucepan combine the remaining ingredients. Cook over low
heat until blended. Remove
the ribs from the pan and brush with the sauce. Grill 4-6 inches
from heat source for 5 minutes. Turn the ribs, brush with
additional sauce and grill for 5 minutes.
