Teriyaki Lamb Marinade Recipe

  • 1 cup soy sauce

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ¼ cup oil

  • ¼ cup vinegar

  • 3 cloves minced garlic

  • 2 tsp ginger

  • ½ tsp salt

Combine ingredients. Add lamb. Cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.  

 
Marinating Tips
1. Use a non-metal container.
2. Once mixed - occasionally turn lamb.
3. If you are using a larger cut of meat, marinate longer.
4. Always keep refrigerated.
5. Discard any unused portion.
