Spicy Balsamic Lamb Marinade Recipe

  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp water

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • ¼ tsp coriander

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients, add lamb, cover and marinate in refrigerator 6-8 hours.

Marinating Tips
1. Use a non-metal container.
2. Once mixed - occasionally turn lamb.
3. If you are using a larger cut of meat, marinate longer.
4. Always keep refrigerated.
5. Discard any unused portion.
