Lean
Ground Lamb
Superior Farms Ground Lamb is available fresh or frozen.
Frozen 12-ounce chubs for retail or five-pound rolls for food service
are available. Fresh ground lamb is available prepackaged in a
modified atmosphere bag. Both programs provide lean ground lamb
that can be used for sauces, burgers, or substituted for any other
ground meat.
Seasoned
Lamb Roasts
Seasoned lamb roasts are quick to fix and waste-free.
The small roasts are hand rubbed with seasoning, and are ready to go
directly to the oven. Cooking instructions are on the label.
The roasts are ready in no time, just roast and eat.

Superior Farms Boneless Lamb Roll utilizes small premium
cuts of lamb, which are formed into a roll. The solid muscles are
fat free, and the product can be sliced end to end. The lamb roll
is 100% usable, waste-free. Slice it into medallions, stuff and
cut into pinwheels after it's roasted, or cube for kebobs. The possibilities
are endless.
