best for your business. Superior's P.F.P (planned frozen
production) program takes cuts directly from the line to the freezer, assuring
you of maximum case life and quality. Cryovac and intact packaging
allow for individual cuts to be prepared, without thawing the entire
shipping unit. Our food service program works, and allows you the maximum
benefits, while maintaining your center of the plate cost.
