Teriyaki
Glazed Lamb Ribs Recipe
4 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 Denver Lamb Ribs, 8 ribs each
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Glaze:
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Preparation
Place ribs on grid of broiler
pan. Roast in preheated 325° oven 45 minutes. Baste
with glaze, turn oven to 400°, continue cooking 15 minutes.
Baste as desired.
