Lamb Loin Chops Recipe

Ingredients
Preparation
Trim lamb chops. Mix
mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Place
chops in shallow roasting pan and brush with the sauce. Sprinkle
with ½ of the bread crumbs; broil 5-6" from heat for 5 minutes.
Turn chops, brush with sauce and sprinkle
with the remaining bread crumbs. Broil
an additional 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
