Burgundy Wine Marinade Beef & Lamb Recipe

  • ½ cup Burgundy
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Combine ingredients in non-metal bowl. Add lamb, coat with marinade. Marinate covered in the refrigerator for 2-24 hours.

Marinating Tips
1. Use a non-metal container.
2. Once mixed - occasionally turn lamb.
3. If you are using a larger cut of meat, marinate longer.
4. Always keep refrigerated.
5. Discard any unused portion.
