Red Wine Marinade

  • 1/2 cup dry red wine

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1 tsp Rosemary

  • 2 tsp Minced garlic

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, add lamb, cover and marinate in refrigerator, up to 8 hours.

 
Marinating Tips
1. Use a non-metal container.
2. Once mixed - occasionally turn lamb.
3. If you are using a larger cut of meat, marinate longer.
4. Always keep refrigerated.
5. Discard any unused portion.
