Red
Wine Marinade

cup dry red wine

cup olive oil

Tbsp Lemon juice

tsp dried thyme

tsp Rosemary

tsp Minced garlic

Salt
and pepper to taste
Combine
all ingredients, add lamb, cover and marinate in refrigerator, up to 8
hours.

a non-metal container. |

Once
mixed - occasionally turn lamb. |

If
you are using a larger cut of meat, marinate longer. |

Always
keep refrigerated. |
